All you Need is LOVE! With Anne O’Reilly

February 15

  •  A Day exploring Poetry as the Doorway to an Awakened Heart

Saturday, 15 February 2020 | 10.30 – 4.00pm

Cost: €35| Minimum 8 | Booking essential

Book online at Eventbrite: Click here

Payment by card or cash at reception desk at Margaret Aylward Centre

No previous experience of poetry is needed. Many short poems will be provided during the day.

Participants will be offered the opportunity to listen, reflect, speak and respond to poetry on the theme of LOVE.  And not simply romantic love but love as relation with oneself, the other, the natural world and the divine. The workshop will provide the container to explore how poetry works in an alchemical way to transform the rawness of our lives, and become a resource for our growth as human beings. Through an exploration of the crystallisation that poetry offers participants will experience its healing potential, how it can provide an opening to new levels of awareness enabling inner shifts which help us become more embodied, grounded, responsive and loving in our daily lives.

The subject tonight is Love

And for tomorrow night as well,

As a matter of fact

I know of no better topic

For us to discuss

Until we all die.
