In the whirlwind of daily life, we can experience a sense of vacuum, anxiety, lack of purpose. With the help of Psychosynthesis and the Scripture tradition we will explore and celebrate the different parts of our makeup. Through Bibliodrama, working with the hero/heroines in the Bible we can see how these parts of our personality come to loggerheads (think of the last time you experienced a dilemma and needed to make a decision, or had to decide whether or not to have just one more!). This workshop will help us to understand this process and see how these parts can come into right relationship with each other as our centre becomes more rooted in Christ consciousness. This growing inner harmony and purpose in relation to ourselves extends out to my relationships and the world around us.
Gertrude Gill Phd, is a Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist and works as a Parish Pastoral Worker with the Dublin Diocese. She has worked in the field of education, clinical and community services over a period of thirty years.
