€20Awakening to our Oneness with Flowers – Bríd Kennedy #1

14, 28 Feb & 21 March & 11, 24 April 2026
Five sessions exploring the nature of flowers and how they enrich our lives.
10.00am – 12.00pm | Booking Essential.
Cost €20 (advance booking of 5 sessions – €85)
Minimum requirement of 8 participants.
This five-week course explores how engaging with flowers supports wellbeing, attention, and connection, drawing on research from neuroscience, psychology, sensory science, and ecology. Each week focuses on one sense: sight, smell, touch, sound, and taste, examining how sensory experience shapes stress regulation, memory, perception, and learning.
Sessions combine short, research-informed talks with guided sensory practices and practical applications for daily life and professional contexts. You don’t need any botanical knowledge or gardening experience, only curiosity and a willingness to observe.
Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how sensory engagement with flowers serves as a gateway to emotional depth and spiritual connection, thereby supporting both human and ecological well-being.
