Cost: €10 | Booking Essential

Join us in the beautiful Margaret Aylward Centre for a screening of The Forest Midwife. This short film charts the journey of writer and Pocket Forest founder Catherine Cleary, her mission to create native woodland on a barren farm in Co Roscommon and how, despite her family’s doubts and resistance from local farmers, she discovers her life’s purpose.

Followed by a panel discussion/Q&A featuring Beta Bajgart, Film-maker and photographer, Catherine Cleary, Gobnait Ní Neill, founder of The Grassroots Guild and Dr Ciara Murphy, Environmental Policy Advocate at the Jesuit Centre for Faith and Justice.
