As we begin again we want to offer our friends and community some gentle, encouraging events to lift our spirits. So we are delighted that Anne F O’Reilly has come together with Deirdre Ní Chinnéide to offer two courses for you, and that Martina Lehane Sheehan will be offering a series of conversations based on her new book ‘Trellis for the Soul’, this January. Dominic Cogan, who has led us before in mindfulness and spiritual conversations will look at the Christian Mystics and Olive Manning brings a new idea for us – a finger labyrinth – which we can have at home and use as a prayerful meditation.

You can find full details of all these course in our events section.

Our weekly newsletter continues to be as popular as ever with reflections and resources from around the world. If you’d like to sign up, please email info@macfd.ie

Thanks to everyone for all your support and encouragement - keep in touch.
