Sensory Awakening Through Flowers With Bríd Kennedy

Saturday, 13 September 2025 | 10am – 3.30pm | Cost: €40

Booking essential | Packed lunch required.

Flowers are nature’s sensory symphony. They don’t just bloom, but speak, breathe and dance with colour and fragrance. This workshop aims to sensory awaken participants to the joy, love and beauty of flowers and our interconnectedness with them.

Bríd Kennedy is a coach, author, and former humanitarian leader who draws on over 37 years of global experience with Concern Worldwide. Her work supported communities in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Haiti through development programmes and emergency responses to crises such as conflict, disease, and natural disasters.

After completing an MA in Applied Spirituality and a Diploma in Personal and Business Coaching, Bríd combined her lifelong love of nature with her passion for personal growth. She is the author of Spirituality of Flowers: What Flowers Do For Us, launched at the National Botanic Gardens in 2025.

Through one-on-one coaching, talks, and workshops, Bríd now supports individuals to recognise their inner gifts and live their “one wild and precious life” with purpose and peace.
